The Gilgandra CWA Market Day held both at the Community Plaza and along Miller Street on Saturday, March 4 was a great success.
March Market Day a big success

The Gilgandra CWA Market Day held both at the Community Plaza and along Miller Street on Saturday, March 4 was a great success.
A variety of stalls were on display. Craft, cooking, honey, jewellery, oils and candles, birds, and local eggs all featured on a hot and humid morning. Around 15 local and Dubbo-based stall holders were happy to participate. The highlight of the market was a barbecue put on by the Gilgandra Lions Club. The local club has provided more than 40 years of service to this community.
Emergency relief and aiding farmers is some of the highly valued support offered. Lions clubs are a group of people who are dedicated to making their communities a safe place to live and work. A wonderful morning was had by all who visited this month’s market.
