On Thursday we had 10 veterans play in a nine-hole Stroke.
On Thursday we had 10 veterans play in a nine-hole Stroke. The winner was Bill Kirsop with a 33 1/2 nett. Second place went to Peter Holland with a nett 34 1/2 nett. Geoff Lummis came in third with 35 1/2 nett, he also won the average ball and the nearest the pin. Rob Hay won the least amount of putts with 13 for his round.
Saturday’s Stableford
On Saturday we played an 18-hole Stableford with 14 golfers playing on the day. Russell Anderson won the day with 36 points. Gil Riley came second with 35 points. Rob Hay came in third with 34 points. Gil Toyota nearest the pin was won by Gil Riley as he came within 3.2 metres of the hole.
Subday’s Par
Sunday we only had a small field of golfers contest an 18-hole Par.
Rob Hay had a good day with his clubs as he won the day with a plus 2, and he also won the Gilgandra Toyota nearest the pin.
