Last Thursday (December 5), the veterans played a nine-hole round. There was 13 players on the day.
The winner was Bill Kirsop with 33 nett.
Bob Dwyer came in second with 33 1/2 nett.
Andy Harris came third with a 35 nett.
Ken Williams won the average ball.
Bob Dwyer won the putting comp with 12 putts for his round.
Saturday’s monthly medal
On Saturday, December 7, we played the Victory Lap Sports Monthly Medal which is a stroke event.
The December Monthly Medallist is Rob Hay with 66 nett.
Nick White came in second on a countback from Russell Anderson. Both golfers had 67 nett.
