The under nine netballers kicked off their 2024 season in Dubbo on Saturday!
Finally, our mighty under nine netballers kicked off their 2024 season in Dubbo on Saturday! The girls have been eager to get it underway after a bye and a washout in the first and second rounds. Their training is paying off with a great game of netball enjoyed by the girls.
In the other games played, U12 girls had a convincing win over Nyngan Tigers 35-5, a narrow loss in the U14s going down to X-Cellerate Eagles 34-31 and the U11s played Warren Wildflowers.
In footy news, a very chilly morning in Coolah saw the under eights have two great hit outs with Tiggy Dixon and Lincoln Warrington having fantastic games and picking up Panther of the Week. The U10s Tiaki Diamond and Levi Burrell had the right combination earning them both Panther of the Week in Coolah on Saturday.
The U14s had an excellent game against Coolah/Dunedoo coming home with a win 52-10 and Jack Gibson picking up their Panther of the Week. Peter Peters was the player of the match for the U16s. Once again, we hit the road this weekend to Walgett for football and down to Dubbo for netball. See you all at training!
