More pain for Gil's businesses and services
After storm activity on Monday, Gilgandra's central business district came in Tuesday morning to a widespread internet outage - which has so far lasted the full day of trading.
As Gilgandra suffers through an ongoing battle with mobile phone reception, this week it was the NBN/internet that went out for a whole day after storm activity.
The Gilgandra Weekly will update the community on this incident, but for now, businesses and other essential services in the main street areas of the township remain without landline internet connections.
